Tariff time.

Following a four-year review, the White House announced a series of tariffs on Chinese goods, including 100% on EVs, 50% on solar cells imports, 25% on battery parts and batteries.

The idea is to prevent billions in investments from "unfairly underpriced exports from China" in areas like electric vehicles, batteries, semiconductor chips and solar parts.
