The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's power plant rule for greenhouse gases received its first challenge from 25 Republican attorneys general led by West Virginia and Indiana.

The lawsuit contends the carbon capture technology the EPA is requiring isn't ready for commercial use, an argument I expect other groups also planning lawsuits will make in one form or another.
