Climate what?.

A leaked draft of European Union leaders' priority list for the next five years barely mentions climate change, with defense, migration and other foreign policy issues taking the front seat.

Leaders have not yet approved the document (they meet for a summit next week), but what's clear is that climate issues are taking more of a backseat amid high military insecurity at the EU's borders.
