Climate dollars.

POLITICO reports that COP28 host, United Arab Emirates, might create a multibillion-dollar climate fund.

I’m curious to see exactly how the money would be exercised: grants, loans, etc. Also, we can’t just fund the hell out of renewables; we also must implement policies to wind down fossil fuels.
